We aim to be honest and open about what we can and can’t offer; to communicate clearly and take responsibility for our words and actions; and to build relationships, listen to requests, and shift our resources (skills, connections, time, and money) as needed to best serve the goals of justice in academia.

We are grateful for your work. We hope we can be of service.

FAQs

What information should I provide when I'm requesting editing?

  • These three things help us connect you with an editor:
    (1) Your general area of research (health care? literary studies? economic theory?).
    (2) The type of project you’re working on (journal article? book chapter? dissertation? funding proposal?).
    (3) Your general timeline (especially if you have a fixed external deadline).
Once we connect you with an editor, you and your editor will be able to discuss your project more thoroughly.

What else would you like to know?

Please email us with any questions about academic editing or how to schedule with one of our member editors. We look forward to hearing from you.
